Rick Santorum versus the Netherlands

You know the Netherlands has always been a very loyal ally to the United States, if not the most loyal on the European continent. But they’re losing our credit, and they’re losing it fast with lunatics like Rick Santorum and Bill O’reilly and Ann Coulter talking sh*t about our country. They’re telling blatant lies. 

We’re not going to apologize for being the first country in the world where gay marriage was legalized, where women’s rights are protected, where everyone has health care, where education is seen as a right and every person can go to college even if their parents are poor. We don’t have tent cities or ghetto’s. We don’t arrest people for smoking marihuana and it leads to less drug addicts than in the “land of the free” the United States. 

We are the embodiment of the liberal ‘socialist’ (contradiction?) agenda that the conservatives are accusing Obama of having. And we’re damn proud of it. We’re one of the richest countries in the world, so no that social liberal agenda do not equal hell and damnation.

By the way, compared to Dutch politics Obama’s policies would be placed in the extreme right wing…. Though we still think very highly of him. 

How we feel about Rick Santorum? He can *** **** *** ** it.
